If you are a user with general public and anonymous access the Urban Forest web site does not store or capture personal information, but merely logs the user's IP address that is automatically recognised by the web server. Our website hosting provider does use cookies for collecting user information to smoothen the experience of using our website, To identify registered members, to monitor and analyze the performance, operation and effectiveness of our website hosting providers platform and finally to ensure our platform is secure and safe to use. 

 

Any personnel data i.e. name, address, email, contact numbers, child’s(ren’s) name(s) collected will be stored in accordance with GDPR regulations.

The General Data Protection Regulation 2018

Urban Forest Use and Storage of Data

How does Urban Forest collect data?
